What is available today?
OTP+ and Securify are available through the Shopify App Store. Trust Network is soft-launched with selected Securify Growth merchants and is expanding through early access.
Will Trust Network add friction for customers?
Shared signals are intended to help merchants apply verification more selectively instead of treating every visitor or order the same. Results vary, and Siimple does not guarantee a specific conversion or friction improvement.
How is it installed?
OTP+ and Securify install through Shopify. Trust Network is currently delivered through Securify Growth; accepted merchants receive the applicable onboarding steps.
What merchant data is shared?
Depending on enabled features, Trust Network may compare permitted signals such as email validation results, IP addresses, device or browser fingerprints, bot and VPN indicators, visit patterns, customer or order identifiers, Shopify risk recommendations, merchant risk actions, and dispute outcomes. Participating merchants receive limited risk context, not another merchant's identity, customer list, or order records. Final configuration and controls are confirmed during onboarding and described in the Privacy Policy.
What does early access cost?
OTP+ and Securify pricing is published on their Shopify listings. Any Trust Network plan requirement or early-access fee will be disclosed before acceptance. Submitting a request does not create a charge.
